Calculed field inside conditional branch

In my form, I have a calculated field named "sae_revasc_loc_tvr_all" which has to be completed regarding other fields in the same form.

When the user access the form, mosts of the fields are hidden due to a branching logic rule.

However, it seems like my field is being calculated before the branching rule applies. How can I manage this to be free of the following warning message?

Information: field is embeded in a table, but no green text indicated it on the designer (see 2nd capture).

Change Language of Slider

Good morning

I have a question concerning the sliders (f. ex. VAS scale 0 to 10). The instructions for the sliders are written in English and despite the changes I did in the Multilanguage-Management-Tool to change it to German, it remains the same. Is there anything else that I need to do to change these instructions ('Change the slider above to set a response')?

Import instruments created in another project

I have two questions regarding the reuse of previous instruments:

Is it possible to import an instrument created in a previous project ?
Is it possible to share an instrument to another REDCap Project setup user (I don't have access to her project, and the instrument I just created could possibly help her) ?

How to duplicate a project

Dear REDCap Team,

My project is in production mode and as I was filling in the data, I realized it would actually have been more convenient to create two distinct projects :

We collect data from two different populations (patients, and healthcare professionals) and by two different data-collectors (by on-site coordinators, and by myself). Thus, the Dashboard shows a half-completion of the instruments, since participants only fill in the ones that concern them.

This can create confusion for the people filling the data (and for cleaning up the database).

Would it be possible to duplicate the project, thus allowing a clear distinction between the two data sets ?

For a medical project, I would like flagged variables, including names, DDB and study ID to be listed when I open my project, so that I can easily identify the correct study participant. However, I would like these flagged data to be in a separate dataset from the main dataset which I will download from Redcap. Is this technically possible?

Importing additional record IDs in a survey already in production

I would like to import new record IDs in a survey already in production (REDCapMED, project P128_MedNIS Baseline, instrument CEM_Sante_Baseline). I have created a csv document based on the redcap template, filled only with the new record IDs (and not repeating the ones already existing in the redcap project). Is there any risk of loosing datas from the participants already in RedCap by using the "data import tool"?

Modifying answers in a completed questionnaire

Good afternoon,

A respondent would like to modify his/her answers when he/she has already submitted it. The questionnaire appears as "complete" in RedCap and I can't change this status, even if I have a Sponsor/PI role. How can I do it? Will the password to access this questionnaire be different?

Translation of survey

We have created a survey for our subjects in German. We plan to share the survey as a link, so that subjects can fill it out.

Now we’d like to make a copy in French and English.

However we see that only the top data collection instrument in the table provides a link.

If we have French / English copies we would also need a link for them.

In addition, we’d like to ensure that the subject’s responses get filled into the same data field, irrespective of language.

Could you please help us with this?
