Topics in Developmental Biology
Students who have followed "Molecular Genetic Analysis of Model Organism Development, BL.0119” will explore more specific topics as to how a fertilized egg develops into a highly sophisticated multicellular organism. Among others, topics include limb development, gametogenesis, sex determination and medical implications of developmental biology. Furthermore, students will learn how to design an experiment and how to evaluate results.
