At work, we all interact with others frequently: with colleagues, supervisors, clients, or project partners. In the past 13 months this often happened remote and not face to face. Interactions can be stressful, but also evoke positive emotions. In any case, they can have positive or negative or no consequences for the interacting individuals. In this seminar, various concepts, theories, and studies concerning social interactions at work are discussed. In associated exercises, students learn to apply the discussed theories and models to practical examples.
