An introduction to the specialized metabolism of life (plants, bacteria, fungi and animals).
In this course we will explore the main classes of metabolites and their functions. We will also detail their use by humans for nutrition or health purposes and will see how the study of specialized metabolism is of interest in the field of ecology.
