SSE.00470 Case studies in environmental sustainability [SS 25]

The goal of this seminar is to learn about climate change adaptation through case studies. A case study is a teaching method that focuses on problem analysis, problem synthesis, and decision making. We will discuss three cases during the seminar. The goal is for students to learn how to look at the problem (case) from different perspectives, how to link the knowledge gained from each perspective, and how to apply and implement this knowledge to understand climate change adaptation in their respective contexts.
