Occupational safety is understood as the protection of employees during their work performance. This includes not only the prevention of occupational accidents, but also the minimization of hazards and risks to maintain the health of employees. The topic is often treated rather stepmotherly in occupational as well as health psychology, but it is highly relevant and very diverse. Accordingly, we will look at the topic of occupational safety from different perspectives and deal intensively with the idea of safety culture and the handling of errors in organizations.
Parallel to the theoretical discussions, everyone will work individually on a case study, which will keep you busy until October.
