This master-level course equips students with a solid foundation in epidemiologic principles, evidence-based public health, and population health monitoring. Through a mix of lectures, in-class data exercises, and group work, students learn to measure disease frequency and association, apply causal inference concepts, and how to use population health monitoring data to inform decision-making.
