How do you lead in a multicultural, AI-driven world? This master's course is an immersive leadership journey built around the LEAD framework, across 7 sessions:
Lead Self: leadership foundations and self-awareness
Engage Context: situational intelligence and adaptation
Align Culture: influence and intercultural communication
Drive Projects: team dynamics and advanced project execution
Plus Innovate (AI-era leadership), Integrate (capstone presentations) and Evolve (teaching, evaluation and capstone launch).
Leadership is learned by doing. Students work through simulations, real business cases, role-plays and a hands-on capstone project, bringing theory to life together.
Assessment is continuous: a capstone presentation, a personal leadership essay, a Digital Leadership Persona Blueprint and a Cultural Bridge communication plan
