Our team is currently engaged in a project on RedCap, and we have encountered an issue during the production stage. Specifically, we have added a new event to our first study arm, but unfortunately, it is not appearing on the default dashboard.
Can you please help us?

Dear Anna,
This is actually the default behaviour of REDCap:
When new events are created and instruments assigned to them (at least in production mode), the events are "hidden" to all project's users. The goal is basically to avoid that you suddenly get access to new data you are not supposed to read/write/download, etc.
To change this for each user, go to 
(under Application) and click on your username 
to adjust your access rights/privileges relates to these new instruments:
Then you can change from "No Access (Hidden)" to whatever is appropriate in your case.
